We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join us. Key Responsibilities:
· Review and approve documentation to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and regulatory standards, including FDA and other applicable authorities across the US, EU, and MENA regions.
· Conduct line clearance activities, inspections, and physical testing within manufacturing areas.
· Perform stage approvals for production activities in accordance with approved SOPs.
· Support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
· Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards across Quality and Warehouse operations.
· Perform sampling activities for finished products, cleaning validation, and associated verification processes.
· Ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations.
· Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Operations teams.
· Execute process validation batches according to established procedures.
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, health, and safety requirements.
· Adhere to all HSE and OSHA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct in-process checks and initiate inspections of finished products.
· Ensure documentation is completed accurately, promptly, and in accordance with established procedures.
· Review batch records and facilitate the transfer of finished goods in compliance with SOPs.
· Verify and approve packaging components, including cartons, leaflets, labels, and primary packaging materials, in accordance with SOP requirements.
· Adapt to changes in the work environment and must be able to change shifts or work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
· Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
· 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- Very Good English language skills.
- Very Good communication skills.
