We are looking for a talented Medical Representative to join us. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail Hikma’s pharmaceutical products across the assigned territory, covering East Beirut from Achrafieh to Jbeil.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including physicians in clinics and hospitals, as well as pharmacists.
• Conduct regular customer visits and effectively manage the assigned territory to ensure optimal coverage and achievement of business objectives.
• Plan and organize daily activities, prioritizing visits based on business needs and territory potential.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
• Provide accurate and timely market feedback, including customer insights, competitive activities, and market developments.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Hikma policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 1–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a Medical Representative role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Gastroenterologists and Pulmonologists is an advantage.
• Previous experience managing pharmacy accounts is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and established relationships with Healthcare Professionals are considered a plus.
