Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP, ensuring full traceability of finished goods.
- Supervise and execute the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished products in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure documentation compliance during the receipt of imported products, including verification of delivery notes, certificates, and purchase orders.
- Actively participate in physical and system inventory activities (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring data accuracy between physical stock and the WMS/SAP systems.
- Manage cold room operations by ensuring compliance with temperature requirements, monitoring records, and maintaining proper product rotation according to the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle.
- Receive and record product returns (expired, non-conforming, or damaged products), prepare the required destruction documentation, and ensure full traceability.
- Participate in labeling, repackaging, and order preparation activities for shipment.
- Contribute to logistics cost reduction, storage space optimization, and warehouse utilization improvement.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, stock turnover, responsiveness, and operational quality.
- Work closely with Logistics, Quality, Planning, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time execution.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 / Bac+3) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in WMS and SAP WM (or SAP S/4HANA).
Good knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
