We are looking for a talented, Supply Planning Sr. Officer to join us. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Run the complete ordering cycle on SAP (processing, verification, edition, validation) and keep order data and key dates (invoice availability, pickup, ETA Morocco, ETA site) accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up purchase orders with suppliers, prioritizing urgent items, and flag any delay or date slip early
  • Act as the single point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders (QA, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Warehouse, Production): chase, arbitrate and close open points until the goods are available.
  • Animate the supply follow-up routine and take part in supply review and supplier meetings: prepare, drive decisions, publish and follow up actions.
  • Work closely with the Clearance and Reception teams to secure customs documentation and proper goods receipts on SAP.
  • Work closely with the Quality teams to release the products on SAP and support them by resolving complaints and discrepancies affecting inbound operations and follow up CAPAs and quality action plans.
  • Anticipate with Regulatory Affairs the impact of variations and artwork changes on incoming supply and coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment terms for critical purchase orders.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

  • Education: Bac+5 (Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering).
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Supply Chain (pharmaceutical industry highly recommended).

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its GMP environment (batch release, regulatory constraints).
  • SAP: purchase orders, MRP, master data. Ivanti portal.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups); Power BI is a plus.
  • Reporting: consolidating and presenting the results of supply operations.
  • Basics of Incoterms and import / clearance documentation.

Fluency in French and English, spoken and written. Arabic is a plus for local logistics and clearance interfaces.
