We are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the warehouse shop floor activities including cycle counts, reviewing inventories, coordinating labor requirements for fork truck drivers and material handlers and supervising the delivery of all raw materials and component inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
- Initiate cycle counts including maintenance of the master cycle count calendar. Resolve any discrepancies between frozen counts and physical counts.
- Review inventories daily and initiate reorder triggers to Purchasing for replenishment of stock.
- Manage overall space requirements within the warehouse and ensure sufficient capacity is available for quarantine and approved inventory.
- Manage labour requirements for fork truck and material handlers and ensure adequate staffing is available to meet production and delivery schedules of materials and components.
- Ensure adequate materials are available for use in the facility.
- Participate in the annual physical inventory.
- Interface daily with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning and Operations on issues affecting production schedules and warehouse operations.
- Perform special projects under the direction of site management.
- Develop material process flows, material storage strategy, and SAP procedure updates during introduction of new products.
- Coordinate international shipments (import/export) to meet planned schedules.
- Manage shipments and communication between Distribution Centers and ensure procedures are being followed

- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience
- Minimum: 7+ years of inventory experience
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- General computer knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems and shop floor control techniques
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift 5 – 40 pounds. This job requires frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Work Environment
- The noise level is moderate to loud. Use of hearing protection may be required.
Compensation
Base Salary: $59,900 to $120,450 annually. The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, work location, prior experience and job-related knowledge, relevant skills and expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
