Title: Trainee, Accounts Payable
JOB PURPOSE:
support the finance team in managing clay-to-day accounts payable activities while gaining practical experience in financial operations. The trainee assists With processing invoices. verifying support documentation, maintaining vendor records, preparing payment requests, and ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner They also support account reconciliations, respond to internal and external inquiries, and help ensure compliance With company policies. procedures. and financial controls.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Policies and procedures,
- Review a nd process supplier invoices and supporting documents
- Assist in preparing payment runs and vendor reconciliations.
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the accounting team to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
Job Related — Special Accountabilitie - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
- Communicate With suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related Issues.
- Ensure cornpliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Perform administrative and ad hoc finance tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS : BSC in a Accounting, finance, or any related field
EXPERIENCE : 0-2 years experience
SKILLS : - Communication skills
