Job Purpose:

Operate one or more manufacturing lines under close supervision while ensuring compliance with the set quality and Safety guidelines to meet production targets. In addition, to communicate internally with other departments such as quality and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Interpret and implement company policies and procedures accurately.

· Comply with all safety, quality, health, and environmental standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

· Follow relevant SOPs and work instructions to ensure controlled and consistent operations.

· Operate assigned section of the production line under supervision, adhering to guidelines and production targets.

· Record data related to Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs), Packaging Batch Records (MBR-PKs), and logbooks to maintain accurate documentation.

· Recommend maintenance activities and coordinate with Engineering for preventive maintenance.

· Coordinate with the Chemicals Plant Warehouse for raw material withdrawals, returns, and submission of finished API products.

· Perform full wet and dry cleaning activities as per SOPs.

· Collaborate with the Quality team to facilitate sampling and inspection processes.

· Prepare for production start-up, including line clearance, safety checks, and equipment/tool validation.

· Submit daily production reports detailing activities and achievements to the direct supervisor.

· Receive on-the-job training from senior team members to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

· Diploma in Chemical Engineering

· 0–2 years of related experience
