We are looking for a talented Coordinator, Warehouse to join us. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive and verify materials and ensure proper documentation.
  • Issue and deliver materials to the production department according to requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and identification of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Conduct and coordinate periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and organization within the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, warehouse standards, and safety requirements.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications and requirements outlined below:

 

Education:

  • Diploma degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing or prod
  • uction environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling procedures.
  • Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience using ERP systems is required.
  • Ability to work on shifts.
