We are looking for a talented Associate Manager/Manager, Market Access to join us. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and create an accurate pricing analysis and decisions for MENA price certificate analysis to secure optimal prices as per Central and Local RA annual plan.
• Lead and create the development of optimal pricing strategies, pricing scenarios and registration sequence of to secure optimal prices in MENA region.
• Lead and draft MENA price appeal letters.
• Create and deliver meaningful analytics to drive cross-functional discussions with sales, marketing, operations, and health systems to develop pricing strategies to drive business objectives in MENA region.
• Lead and analyze pricing and profitability data and provide insights and recommendations to facilitate business decision making including consideration of requests for price discounting.
• Lead price impact analysis to guide the marketing and finance team in MENA budgeting and creating a business plan to align on the needed actions to compensate the expected loss, if any.
• Create MENA pricing risks analysis at budget and business plan levels for Hikma’s CFO.
• Lead and create an accurate pricing analysis for pipeline drugs (new opportunities) for feasibility and pricing strategy purposes for MENA region.
• Lead pricing actions that will improve the pricing matrix and profitability in MENA region.
• Deep understanding of the pricing regulations and the common practice in MENA region and other regions impacting MENA like Europe and USA.
• Lead pricing negotiations with MENA health authorities’ senior management to increase prices that are based on the pricing guidelines and the current pricing dynamics in the market.
• Establish and manage pricing procedures and SOPs.
• Provide pricing consultation for the business development team.
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports along with raising red flags to senior management.
• Lead pricing analysis, discussions and decisions with licensors to secure optimal prices.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Master of Business Administration is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical industry and at least 3 years in a relevant role
• Prior experience with health authorities or regulatory function
• MENA regulations and guidelines knowledge
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, proficient with other Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources.
• Knowledge of financial concepts is preferable.
